this EXACT thing happened to me too recently, changing server didn't help, restarting the game/launcher/steam didn't help, disconnecting and reconnecting to my wifi coincided with it working again, but maybe it just timed out whatever broken connection the server had to my account idk. Same thing happened to me, hope they look at it and fix it.
