There's the odd one that doesn't really work that well, but Praiano is a master at tuning for Gran Turismo as a whole, not just GT7. You don't really have to run aggressive rake like he does, but your car will understeer more if you don't.

Older tunes you will want to use just as a starting point. Many seem to have more understeer now. To combat that you can lower front downforce some or lower front arb and raise rear. With the extra PP points available you can turn up the engine, remove ballast or switch to tires with better grip. 3.
