Jan 23, 2023 · My first pregnancy I was 70% effaced at my 37 week appointment and I gave birth 40 weeks and 6 days. . Ok, good to know. Makes me feel better . I was 2 cm and 70% effaced at my last appointment on Thursday. Still pregnant here . I was 5cm and “almost completely effaced” at my 37 week appt last Wednesday (1/18).
