They are simply the importer similar to the deal with the WASR-10, AES-10B RPK, and PSL where those are made by Cugir in Romania but imported by Century. The AP5 is made by MKE in Turkey. The same guns were previously imported by Zenith and named the Zenith Z-5 series.Thinking something like the Choate. Ish length should be fine though. A quick google search of MP5K specs (since it's not newer to the market) is 23.5" with the Choate stock or 22" with the B&T folder. I've never worried too much about the OAL of my firearm when it comes to the Form 1 as they don't check it anyway.
